 As you are well aware of, Rep. of Korea has completed its draft deal with KOR-US FTA ( Free Trade Agreement ) on Apr., 2007, though it has step forward for signing from respective assembly/congress of each party.
Apart from KOR-US FTA, the Foreign Investment Promotion Act ( FIPA ) shall work itself. We think, when KOR-US FTA is effectuated the trades between Korean and US shall replace its positions from that of FIPA to that of KOR-US FTA.
