The contract forms provided here in this forum is for your informations ONLY. fdikorea and me doesn`t guarantee its effectiveness in view of laws, statutes and any regulations in Korea.

You can refer to it for any academic references. Not recommended for real contracting. It should be amended depending on accurable cases.
