The Main Menu
It appears on every page, comprising of several buttons or text links like search, calendar etc. These can be referred on left.
The category menu
These lists all of the various categories and forums. This is where you would navigate and click in to the forum you are interested in.
The forum menu
The forum lists all of the various threads in that particular forum. This is where you would start a new topic of discussion (thread)
The threads
This is where you find the actual posts and where you would reply to a post.
