As a management and investment consulting firm, fdikorea specifically serves foreigners or foreign entity in terms of their biz. entities establishment, foreign investment, corporate realty deal, and accruing contracting matters. As of Jun. 28th '07, fdikorea renewed its its structures, working majorly databased forum engine for easier update and mutual communications and visitor's securities.
 As you are well aware of, Rep. of Korea has completed its draft deal with KOR-US FTA ( Free Trade Agreement ) on Apr., 2007, though it has step forward for signing from respective assembly/congress of each party.
Apart from KOR-US FTA, the Foreign Investment Promotion Act ( FIPA ) shall work itself. We think, when KOR-US FTA is effectuated the trades between Korean and US shall replace its positions from that of FIPA to that of KOR-US FTA.
